For send offs in any match U13 – Opens, referees are required to complete the NSWRL Match Officials Report by using the link below:

A reminder if you have a send off, please follow the check list as per below:

  1. Make a note of specific details as soon as your game finishes. This includes player’s  team, player’s name, jersey number and time of incident
  2. Advise the Secretary of the send off as soon as your games are finished for the day. Either email or phone
  3. Complete the Match Official report by SUNDAY NIGHT at the latest, all reports need to be in to NSWRL by Monday morning 9:00am.


For any Code of Conduct issues in ALL AGES (U5-Opens) relating to coaches, trainers, managers etc, all reports should be completed using the NSWRL Code of Conduct Form link below:


If any member has an incident, please contact the Secretary immediately and ensure the form is completed by SUNDAY NIGHT. If you are unsure how to complete the form, the Secretary will assist.
